Vanilla should respect explicitly-set created_at and updated_at values

While it's great that Vanilla gives us these free attributes, we should also be able to explicitly set them via the web interface (for example, for backdating old blog posts).

You can set the created_at explicitly for an existing snip.
You can't set the created_at explicitly for a new snip
You can't set the updated_at explicitly either (but that's probably right).
