The pre snip should show the raw snip contents

If pre is given a snip name, it should prevent any further processing of the snip contents. I.e. {blah} should not trigger an attempted snip inclusion.

(from [690c31a5e96accd92cc551331d5618a274f57bf0]) Fix the gemspec.
Don't include files that are present in the filesystem, but ignored by git. This should mean that projects using bundler to include vanilla via a git url no longer see warnings.
