This milestone should replicate the mailing-list features of the original F*cknut system.
Mails
- should have a List determined by the to: or cc: address
- should have Attachments stripped and replaced with links
- should be archived into the database. What fields should we replicate in the table?
- should replace the reply-to: header with the list address before resending
- should have list headers added before the mail is resent
- should be resent to all Members of the list
- should ensure there is always a single copy of the string "[list-name]" in the subject line
- should strip extraneous repeated RE: or FWD: text from the subject line
